前段时间，笑来老师推荐了这本书《Powerful Sleep Secretes of the Inner Sleep Clock》， 目的是教你如何在床上睡的更有效率。的确是挺有建设性的一本书，就是英文看起来有点累。

今天在笑来老师那，看到了Jude Yan 翻译的中文版，很不错恩，特此推荐。
